The Other 95 Advising LLC ("The Other 95," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent college advising practice based in Wichita, Kansas. We help families navigate the college search, application, and financial aid process.

Guide request form. When you request a free resource through our website, we collect your first name and email address. This information is submitted via a form on our site, stored in our website platform (Wix), and sent to us as a form notification. We use it to send you the requested resource. We do not add you to a mailing list or automated email sequence.

 

Contact and inquiry form. When you submit a question or inquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is stored in Wix and delivered to us by email. We use it to respond to your inquiry.

 

Booking. When you book a Clarity Session, you are directed to College Planner Pro (CPP), a third-party scheduling and practice management platform. CPP collects your name, email address, and selected appointment time. This information is collected and stored by College Planner Pro, not by this website, and is subject to College Planner Pro's own privacy policy.

 

Client intake. After booking, you receive a link to a client intake questionnaire hosted by Jotform. This form collects information about your student and your family's college planning situation — including academic information, school preferences, and extracurricular activities. This information is collected and stored by Jotform, not by this website, and is subject to Jotform's privacy policy. We receive a copy of your responses, which we use to prepare for and conduct your advising session.

 

Payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment is initiated via invoices sent through College Planner Pro and completed entirely within Stripe's platform. We do not collect, process, or store payment card information on this website. Stripe's privacy policy governs all payment data.

 

Website usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous data about how visitors use this site — including pages visited, time spent on each page, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location. This data does not identify you personally. We use it to understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it.

 

 

3. How We Use Your Information

 

We use the information we collect to:

- Schedule and prepare for advising sessions

7. Children's Privacy

 

Our advising services are provided to parents and guardians of high school students. This website is directed at adults, not at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

 

Information about students is collected through the client intake questionnaire, which is completed by a parent or guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us immediately at andy@theother95advising.com and we will delete it.

 

 

8. Your Rights

 

You have the right to:

 

- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

- Ask us to correct any inaccurate information we have on file

- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or professional retention obligations
